CSI PRO Pricing FAQ: Plans, Unlimited Tokens, Licensing and Enterprise Deployment

· by Alias Robotics

What security, technology and procurement leaders need to know about CSI PRO pricing, licensing, unlimited tokens, Enterprise capacity tiers, operating limits and when CSI On-Premise makes more sense.

CSI PRO: Plans and Deployment — three glass panels showing the Monthly, Yearly and On-Premise options for Alias Robotics Cybersecurity AI
Commercial information reviewed as of . Pricing, packaging, limits and commercial terms reflect the publicly available information on that date.

Buying Cybersecurity AI is not only a model-selection decision. Security teams need to know what they can run; FinOps needs to know what is included; infrastructure teams need to understand deployment boundaries; and procurement needs a defensible view of licensing and support.

This FAQ brings together the current public commercial information from Alias Robotics and separates published terms from questions that still require direct commercial confirmation.

CSI PRO also offers annual Enterprise capacity tiers for organisations that need substantially higher managed throughput without moving to a customer-operated On-Premise deployment. These tiers are covered in the Enterprise capacity section below.

CAI, CSI and CSI PRO: the naming in brief

CAI is the open-source Cybersecurity AI framework. CSI is the broader six-layer Cybersecurity Superintelligence suite.

The current Product License Terms define CSI PRO as the current name for what was formerly CAI PRO.

In this FAQ, CSI On-Premise refers to the custom commercial route. Alias does not currently publish it as a separately priced self-service SKU.

Plans and pricing

What does standard CSI PRO cost?

€350/month or €3,990/year, excluding VAT.

Alias currently publishes:

  • CSI PRO Monthly: €350/month.
  • CSI PRO Yearly: €3,990/year.
  • CSI On-Premise: custom pricing.

The current CSI pricing page states that prices exclude VAT. Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected monthly or annual plan under the current Product License Terms.

CSI PRO Enterprise capacity tiers are annual plans. Their pricing is not included in this FAQ; organisations evaluating an Enterprise tier should contact Alias Robotics.

What is included in standard PRO?

Both PRO plans include the CSI meta-scaffold, a commercial licence, professional support and included token access to alias2-mini.

The annual plan additionally lists quarterly consulting on agent design and deployment and quarterly consulting on benchmarking, measurement and reporting.

The actual plan description should be treated as the entitlement boundary: a capability elsewhere in the CSI portfolio is not automatically included in standard PRO pricing.

Licensing, users and seats

Is CSI PRO licensed per user, seat, organisation or API key?

The public licence material does not define the commercial unit precisely enough to give a definitive answer.

The licence identifies the customer as the person or entity acquiring the service, but does not publish a standard number of included human users, a per-seat price or a rule allowing an arbitrary number of practitioners to share one subscription.

Teams planning multi-user access should confirm the intended seat and account structure with Alias.

Can multiple agents use CSI?

Yes, technically.

The CSI documentation supports multi-agent orchestration across different scaffolds.

Commercial entitlement is separate. PRO throughput is applied per API key, so agents sharing a key also share that key’s available throughput. Alias does not publicly define a separate agent-seat allowance.

Unlimited tokens and operational limits

What does “unlimited tokens” mean?

Unlimited included tokens is an economic entitlement, not infinite infrastructure capacity.

The current CSI PRO offer publishes included token usage with alias2-mini, subject to the licence terms. Those terms publish maximum PRO limits of 500,000 tokens per minute and 60 requests per minute, while the CSI documentation describes throttling as applying per API key.

A team can therefore use the included Alias model without a metered per-token charge under the published PRO entitlement while still engineering its workload around finite request throughput.

CSI PRO Unlimited explained: unlimited tokens with alias2-mini, published throughput limits of 500,000 tokens per minute and 60 requests per minute — unlimited token access is not unlimited throughput
No metered per-token billing for included alias2-mini usage; the published TPM/RPM limits still define the operational envelope.
Unlimited token access is not unlimited throughput.

What happens if a key reaches its limit?

A saturated key may be throttled or return HTTP 429 or overload responses.

The current CSI documentation describes an approximate 3–5 minute cooldown and automatic retry/backoff behaviour.

Teams that require greater throughput than standard PRO can move to annual CSI PRO Enterprise capacity tiers. Organisations that instead require customer-controlled or air-gapped deployment should discuss CSI On-Premise with Alias.

CSI PRO Enterprise capacity tiers

What are CSI PRO Enterprise tiers?

CSI PRO Enterprise is designed for organisations that need substantially more Cybersecurity AI throughput than standard PRO while keeping the infrastructure operated by Alias Robotics.

All CSI PRO Enterprise tiers are annual plans. They scale the standard PRO operating limits of 500,000 TPM and 60 RPM proportionally:

CSI PRO Enterprise capacity tiers with tokens per minute and requests per minute
TierCapacityTPMRPM
Enterprise Platinum×52,500,000300
Enterprise Ultimate×105,000,000600
Enterprise Titanium×157,500,000900
Enterprise Diamond×2010,000,0001,200
Enterprise Elite×2512,500,0001,500

TPM means tokens per minute; RPM means requests per minute.

Who are the Enterprise tiers for?

They are intended for organisations whose Cybersecurity AI workloads exceed the standard PRO throughput envelope but that do not want or cannot operate a full customer-controlled On-Premise deployment.

Alias Robotics operates the underlying infrastructure, allowing the customer to scale CSI PRO without taking responsibility for running the complete deployment itself.

What data-treatment options are available?

  • Enterprise Platinum supports opt-out data treatment, meaning customer data is excluded from training purposes.
  • Enterprise Ultimate, Titanium, Diamond and Elite additionally support Zero Data Retention (ZDR), where permitted by applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Under ZDR, customer data is not retained, subject to those requirements.

What does “good usage” mean?

The public terms do not give “good usage” a separate numerical definition beyond the published limits.

They prohibit use that could damage, disable or overload Alias infrastructure. No separate public daily token ceiling, monthly token quota or numerical concurrency limit is specified.

Buyers whose workloads depend on those parameters should confirm them directly with Alias.

Models and additional inference costs

Which model is included with CSI PRO?

The published PRO entitlement is alias2-mini.

Both the CSI pricing page and the current Alias LLMs page identify alias2-mini as available to PRO subscribers with included unlimited token usage.

Buyers should not assume that every Alias model is included in PRO. The CSI On-Premise offer explicitly describes a broader model scope, including alias2 and alias3.

Can CSI use third-party models?

Yes.

CSI can route work to Alias models and supported external or self-hosted model endpoints, as described in the CSI documentation.

The published PRO subscription does not state that third-party inference charges are included. External-model costs should therefore be budgeted separately unless a specific Alias contract says otherwise.

A practical total-cost model is:

CSI PRO subscription + external model inference, if used + the organisation’s own execution and security infrastructure.

For CSI On-Premise, customer-controlled compute and operations also become part of the deployment economics.

CSI PRO versus CSI On-Premise

What changes with CSI On-Premise?

It moves beyond the standard hosted PRO entitlement into a custom, customer-controlled deployment.

Alias publishes an on-premise option spanning the CSI layers on customer-controlled infrastructure, with capabilities including broader Alias model deployment, datasets and custom fine-tuning, bespoke agents, steering and private benchmarking.

The current Sovereign AI for National Cyber Defense case study documents CSI operating entirely on infrastructure controlled by a European national defence organisation. For a deeper look at trust boundaries, see CSI PRO vs On-Premise: where your Cybersecurity AI and data actually run.

When should an organisation consider CSI On-Premise?

Consider the deployment requirement separately from the capacity requirement.

Standard CSI PRO is the simpler fit when Alias-managed infrastructure is acceptable and the published 500,000 TPM / 60 RPM operating limits meet the workload.

CSI PRO Enterprise is the intermediate route when the organisation needs substantially higher throughput but still wants Alias Robotics to operate the infrastructure.

CSI On-Premise becomes more relevant when the requirement is sovereign or air-gapped deployment, customer-controlled infrastructure or inference, bespoke models or agents, private datasets, custom fine-tuning, steering, private benchmarking or organisation-specific controls.

It is therefore primarily a deployment and control decision, not simply the next capacity tier after standard PRO.

Demos, evaluations, onboarding and support

Can prospects request a demo?

Yes, for CSI On-Premise evaluations; CSI PRO does not include demos.

The current Enterprise demo request form is specifically positioned for organisations evaluating the custom route.

Is there a published free trial or standard PoC?

No standard public trial or PoC terms are currently published.

No standard CSI PRO free trial, CSI On-Premise trial duration or predefined PoC package is stated in the commercial material reviewed for this article.

Organisations that need a controlled evaluation or pilot should request one directly.

What support is included?

Both PRO plans include professional support.

The annual plan additionally includes quarterly consulting on agent design/deployment and quarterly consulting on benchmarking, measurement and reporting.

Public PRO material does not publish support response targets, severity levels or an uptime SLA. Buyers requiring those commitments should include them in the commercial discussion.

Discounts, procurement and contracting

What discounts are published?

A 5% annual discount and volume discounts for annual contracts are publicly documented.

The annual plan is priced at €3,990/year versus €350/month. The commercial pages also state that volume discounts are available for annual contracts.

Alias does not publish the volume thresholds or percentages, nor does the current public material document specific startup, academic, research or public-sector discount programmes.

What if procurement requires a quotation or custom contracting?

Alias provides a commercial enquiry route for quotations and custom requirements.

The commercial enquiry page allows buyers to request a quotation or discuss CSI PRO, while CSI On-Premise is custom-priced.

Detailed processes for purchase orders, DPAs, invoicing terms, security reviews, negotiated SLAs or other custom contractual requirements are not publicly defined. Buyers requiring them should raise those requirements during commercial scoping.

When is CSI PRO enough?

  • CSI PROChoose standard CSI PRO when its published model entitlement, Alias-managed deployment model and 500,000 TPM / 60 RPM operating limits fit the requirement.
  • CSI PRO EnterpriseConsider CSI PRO Enterprise when the same managed model is appropriate but the organisation needs materially higher throughput, from ×5 to ×25 the standard PRO capacity.
  • CSI On-PremiseDiscuss CSI On-Premise when the requirement is instead driven by sovereignty, air-gapped operation, customer-controlled infrastructure or inference, bespoke models or agents, private datasets, custom fine-tuning or other organisation-specific controls.

Buyer checklist

Before contacting Alias, prepare five things:

  1. Users and seats: how many practitioners need access.
  2. Primary workflows: pentesting, SOC/blue team, threat intelligence, compliance, OT/robotics, research or another security use case.
  3. Expected throughput: normal usage, sustained demand and peak bursts, including whether standard PRO capacity is sufficient or an Enterprise tier is required.
  4. Inference requirements: whether Alias-hosted inference is acceptable or processing must remain on customer-controlled infrastructure.
  5. Bespoke and procurement requirements: custom agents, models or datasets, integrations, evaluation needs, security review and contractual requirements.

If standard CSI PRO fits those requirements, it is the clearest starting point. If the primary requirement is higher managed throughput, discuss the appropriate CSI PRO Enterprise tier with Alias Robotics. If the requirement is sovereign, air-gapped, customer-controlled or otherwise bespoke, discuss CSI On-Premise.
